Retakes Requests

Retake requests must be received 2 days before your retake day to allow us to prepare student information.

Your student's division number
We will reach out within 48 hours to confirm receipt of the retake request.
Please let us know what we can do differently during the retakes session.

Retake details

  • Retake images will be posted to a new (retake) gallery that will be accessible through your original account.

    Please use the same access code to view your retake images.  Images will be added to the gallery 1-2 days after retake day!
    Both the original and retakes images will remain available for online review/ ordering. 


Extended photoshoots and sibling photos 

  • Please keep in mind that we only have a few moments to spend with each student while at the school.

    If you are interested in additional poses and images, we offer in-studio ‘school’ sessions at discounted prices from our North Burnaby studio location. These sessions are ideal for capturing extended galleries including multiple poses with the option to include siblings.

    Sessions start at $60 per student and include all digital images captured.
